Set up your smart watch

- Apple App Store for iPhone
- Google Play Store for Android phones

- Install the app, and open
- If you already have a FitCloudPro account, log in to your account.
- If you don't have a FitCloudPro account, tap “Join Us” to create an account for a better user experience.
- Continue to follow the on-screen instructions to connect the smart watch to your account.
Notes:
1)During pairing, please confirm your phone's Bluetooth is on and ensure the watch is connected to your phone.
2)If the watch cannot be searched during device adding, or if the watch cannot be
connected at use, please turn off Power saving mode on the watch or reboot it, and then have another try
3)Once pairing successfully, please follow the app guidelines to protect backstage from being accidentally closed by the system.
Otherwise,the watch may be disconnected from your phone, affecting the normal
operation of the watch.
4)For a better user experience, please use the latest version of app.The operating
system should be above Android 7.0 or IOS 13.
Change Language
Please turn on the watch---pull down⬇️ the main interface---tap letter “A” icon---choose English
Strap installation

How to Wear the Watch
1. Wear the watch properly, not too tight or too loose to allow your skin to breathe.
Wear it in comfort,and the sensor could operate normally.
2.For accurate measurement, please keep your arm level and stilland keep your skin
comfortable , leaving a finger space between watch and skin.
3. You could tighten the watch band during exercise and loosen it after exercise.
4. The tattoo, mark, and hair on your wrist where the watch is worn may affect the heart rate sensor. For this reason, please wear the watch on a wrist that will not disturb its function.
Notes:
1) Once the watch band is well fit, you can pull it to check whether it’s secure or not.
2)If the watch band breaks,please contact support@fitvii.com for renewal.
Get Notifications
Go to the FitCloudPro app---Device---Push Notifications---Turn on the switch of the app you need to receive notifications. Please don't forget to allow the notification permission of the phone.
Smartwatch firmware upgrade
The APP will prompt that there is a new watch firmware version. You can enter the APP "Device" interface to Upgrade it.
Smartwatch Upgrade notes:
- The watch's battery should be above 60%
- During the up grade process, the mobile phone interface will show an upgrade progress bar, please do not do any operations
Set Time
Once the device is successfully connected to the APP, the time and date will be synchronized with your phone.
Change Watch Face
Open the FitCloudPro App-->Device-->Watch face (iOS) / Dial Library (Android) -->Select the FIRST picture to edit picture in your own gallery as the watch face
You can also turn around the power button or long-press the home screen and swiping left to change the default dials.
Switch Units
Open the FitCloudPro App--> Me --> Unit Prefer --> Set units for length, weight or temperature

Here is the way to find the HM08 Blood pressure or Oxygen function in the menu:
Please open your watch>slide right the main interface to enter the multi-style menu=>scroll up or down to find the BP icon, and wait a moment for the measurement to finish.
Auto Monitor
Please go to your APP---Device---Turn on the switch of the Automatic Health Monitor and Elevated Heart Rate Measurement
Blood Pressure Calibration
If you have the data from a professional BP monitor, please enter the data into the FitCloudPro APP to calibrate the readings.
Steps: Open the FitCloudPro APP==>Click the "Me"==>Tap your ID==> Switch on the “Private Reference Mode” ==>Input your Blood pressure values to it.
Weather
1.Turn on Bluetooth. Ensure the watch is connected to your phone.
2.Open FitCloudPro.
3.Click“Device” on Device page>Turn on “Weather reports"
4.Open the watch's menu. Click “Weather" to view local weather information.
Notes:
Conditions for the watch to update weather data
1)The app has been granted loaction permission.
2)Your phone is in the normal state of network connection;
3)The watch Bluetooth connection is normal.
4)In all the above conditions , the watch will update air temperature every two hours. If air
temperature remains unchanged, please close the app backstage and re-open it.
How to charge up the watch
1. Wire the charging cable to the power adapter or USB port on your computer.
2. Align the charging port tightly with the charging contacts on the watch's back. (When the electrodes are the same, they are repelled and cannot be drawn together. In this case, turn the charger cable around until you see a charging icon.)
3.When charging, you could view the charging status on the screen.
4. When the watch is fully charged, please disconnect it from the wireless charger.
Notes:
1)Please use the charging cable in the package.
2)Before charging, please ensure the charging port is dry,clean,free of sweat,
liquid,dust, and so on.
3) If the watch is in standby state for a long time, it is recommended to power off the
watch before putting it on hold. The watch should be fully charged every 1-2 months
and checked when turned on to avoid excessive battery discharge resulting in it cannot be powered on.
Waterproof instructions
Waterproof rating: IP68
The watch is waterproof which you can wear it to swim or do water activities. But it cannot be taken to hot bath,diving.
Supplement: It is not recommended to wear it in a hot bath. Water vapor produced when washing hot water. Its molecular radius is small, and it is easy to seep into the gap of the watch case. When the temperature drops, it will gradually condense into water droplets, which will damage the circuit board of the watch and damage the watch.
Unbind or add device
Open the FitCloudPro app and tap “Device”> “Unbinding Bracelet” or “+Add Peripheral”
NOTE:
- The app can only connect to one watch. To connect to another watch, please unbind the connected watch first.
- To successfully connect the watch and mobile phone, you need to turn on the Bluetooth connection device of the mobile
- If you use an Android phone, it needs to turn on the location information function of the mobile phone system, otherwise, the device may not be searched.
